Innovative Pen Support for Mobile Excel Users

Lexington, MA, USA - Enventra, Inc. today announced the release of MoboCalc™ pen input and editing support for Microsoft® Office Excel®. Designed for tablet and ultra-mobile PCs, MoboCalc lets users easily create and update Microsoft Excel worksheets using handwritten input instead of a keyboard.

With MoboCalc, mobile professionals, engineers, educators and students can use Excel worksheets productively in virtually any environment. Using patented handwriting recognition technology, MoboCalc allows users to write and view formulas in a natural math layout, making calculations easier to enter and review. MoboCalc supports Microsoft Office Excel 2003 and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 on both Windows® XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 and Windows Vista® (except the Home Basic edition). A built-in or external tablet is required for pen input support.
