Entering text and numeric values

Text, numbers, dates, and times can be written in the input area just as you would write them on paper. Text entries can either be printed or written in cursive script, but numbers, dates, and times should be printed. When you have finished your entry, tap the Check button to verify that it was recognized correctly, or tap Enter or one of the navigation buttons to send your entry directly to Excel and move to the next cell.
