What is the Product Improvement Program?
The Product Improvement Program helps us improve our products by collecting handwriting samples from our users. If you join the Product Improvement Program, MoboMath will upload handwriting data and recognition results to our secure server for diagnostic purposes only. If I buy MoboMath, will it automatically update my trial version?
In general, yes. However, a problem has been found in the installer for MoboMath 1.2.1 which may prevent MoboMath 1.3 from updating that version automatically. If you have a trial copy of MoboMath 1.2.1, we recommend that you uninstall it before purchasing and installing MoboMath. Otherwise, you may have to install MoboMath 1.3 twice, choosing Repair the second time, for all necessary desktop and Start menu shortcuts to appear. You can check your version number by choosing "About MoboMath" from the Help menu.
